About the Founder

My name is Shakeidra Agront, and I am the founder of Reflections by Divine.

My journey into the administrative profession is deeply personal. It began long before my professional career—rooted in watching my mother work in administration with grace, dedication, and a genuine heart for serving others. Whether through her work or her consistent acts of volunteering, she modeled what it meant to support people with excellence and intention. That example became the foundation of my own passion.

I further developed my love for service through volunteering in my church’s hospitality ministry and usher board, where I learned the importance of creating welcoming, organized, and supportive environments. As the eldest of seven children and the daughter of an Army veteran, I naturally stepped into a role of responsibility early in life. With my father serving and my mother managing both home and business, I often found myself supporting her in ways that closely mirrored the work I do today.

Over the years, that foundation has grown into a dynamic career spanning healthcare, education, fitness, finance, and nonprofit leadership. I have supported executives, managed business offices, and built administrative systems that keep organizations running smoothly and efficiently.

Through Reflections by Divine, I combine that lifelong passion for service with professional expertise to help businesses operate with clarity, structure, and ease. For me, this work is more than a career—it’s a calling rooted in service, excellence, and the desire to help others thrive behind the scenes.
